There is at least an episode which will start a few weeks of fillers but unsure if there is an manga. I would guess there would be a manga since anime is going to be out but dont get your hopes up.

I'm starting to think a bit.. that most often Kishi uses fillers to work on manga (as does every other manga author person) since he is using fillers wouldn that mean there might be a bit more to the series that a soon-to-be ending... Im also going to say the same thing about Bleach and Kubo... but I really don't have the time to click the link and go the whole way over to the bleach thread.

So really it was all the way the village treated the Uchihas that casued their death. The way they segergated the clan and they kept pushing the Uchihas. So really i cannot say that Konoha higher ups where good for taking out the Uchihas. So another story that had a corupt government system wow what a surprised. But the 3rd was the only one that tried tofight against the whole thing with the Uchihas at least thats what i think it was saying.

I think that too but I cant help but to think that Madara is lying in some parts.

Wow. To think the Uchiha were going to try and take over, but Itachi stopped them for the sake of his village. How could they take over Konoha when one man stopped all of them with ease just to test his limits?

At this point, from what they have shown now, I doubt thats the reason he decided to wipe out the clan. It seems that he may have just casted himself to be that way for Sasuke so that he could become strong as well.

Also the fact that he was assigned this as a mission

The clearer it becomes it seems that Itachi was speaking the same as Madara.

clan being weak, needed to move on, ect., probably foreshadowing the fact that Madara was betrayed by the Uchiha clan because they rather side with the Senju, despite the rivalry.
