People use certain kinds of elemental jutsu because they may not be able to perform other kinds because of their chakra type. Although with a lot of training you can still learn other types of elemental jutsu, but they won't be as strong as your type. Also, I wonder what type of chakra Neji, Lee, Sakura, and Shikamaru can use? Maybe Shikamaru can use this "Shadow Elemental" Jutsu that's been said but not exaagerated on.

Its possible i mean we cant rule anything out. But who knows it could but just another Sharigan user that wasnt around or didnt live in Konoha when Itachi killed them all.

You can't really tell if he's saying that he is Madara, or not.

Well technically he is saying he has the power Mandara had. So could mean he master the jutsu that Mandara made famous such as the black flame. Which also means that Itachi is getting there. But i think he has to be a decendent of Mandara or something.

It may be that his power was sealed in him somehow, but that wouldn't make much sense.

He'd have to be a blood relative, no doubt. I don't think Kishimoto used anything similiar to Kakashi's reason of having the Sharingan.

Although, the manga did only show the right eye of Tobi, which might imply that he is indeed Obito.

Yeah but could be that his other eye has been messed up too much from using the other form of the Sharigan (would be weird to use only one eye but hey Kakashi can)

The Obitobi theory makes alot more sense. I mean, plot twists are fun. Any author would take the advantage of a situation like this. It wouldn't mean as much to the story if Tobi was just some random surviving Uchiha.
