Finally after a billion chapters, the mention of Naruto's family came out at last with the unexpected story from the least expected person, his mom. I really want to hear more about his dad though and yet this story development is good timing since there hasn't been any in a long while.

actually i want to hear alittle more about his mom cause no one has ever said who his mom could be over even thought about it. His dad everyone has said something. Guess we will need to wait and see.

I just read the manga (translation)

[Spoiler] Uzumaki Kushina ish Naruto's Mother and Minato is the 4th Hokage, his father. Cause they keep going back and forth on how Naruto talent wise reminds Tsunade of Kushina, but he looks just like Minato so yeah...it's not that hard to put together.
And that was basically just a clone O' Itachi but the real showdown is hopefully, about to commence in the next chapter.
And they really are setting it up like Jiraya's gonna die, seems like Pein & (the other one) are gonna double team his ass, seeing as they figured out "someone has entered" with the whole breaking of the rain that's falling...[/spoiler]

ok now we know the fourth's name and naruto's mother's name. i just finished the chapter. the fourth's name is Namikaze Minato. and naruto's mother's name is Uzumaki Kushina. oh and can somebody tell me how to use spoiler tags??? i have no i dea how to use them

Uhh, no, "Yondaime" means "The 4th", meaning "The 4th Hokage", just like how The 3rd was "Sandaime" and Tsunade is "Godaime"

Read the chapter and yeah its pretty much been said. His father IS the Yondaime plus we know his real name is Namikaze Minato and his mother is from the Whirlpool Country which does make sense with the symbol of a whirl on Naruto's back. We know her name is Uzumaki Kushina. I have a question though, were Naruto's parents married at all? Naruto got the last name from his mother. Hmm...Pein could be Naruto's brother. This is just speculation but maybe something happen between his parents which led to her affair and then had Pein. So in a way it could be Naruto's half-brother?...I know its ridiculious but it wouldn't hurt to think outside the box.

As for Jiraiya, yeah I did say he will die after all and finally see what Pein is made of.

Lastly, we are going back to Konoha to see the final battle of Itachi vs. Sasuke and everything else.

On a side note, someone asked about the shadow behind Itachi and some of us including me thought about the different possibilties of who it could be...well now we know. Its just a ****ing crow. End of story. LOL!!

just read the chapter.....looks like naruto's getting the hidden backround Kimimaro style. it appers that his fashion of jutsu is of much a rareity as his own mother whom met with the yondaime at some point.....perhaps the hidden whirlpool village got owned during the civil war in the rainfall Village???

Man, I was gone for a week and so much happened... That chapter was HOTT! All this stuff is unravelling As for the Yondaime stuff i hate yon, I'd much rather say shi. I wonder who the shichidaime (7) will be or would they say nanadaime???(赤目)

So Yondaime has the kanji wind in his name, i forgot what nami means???
