So if L was the first Wammy kid, how old must BB be?
Im thinking about the same age as Near was during the second arc, maybe?

Hmm...yeah.

I thought the little Kira references throughout the book were pretty good, the last one being the best.

Well, I figured some of you might find this interesting -- unless you've seen this already. It's a few vids showing the english voice actors discussing their roles in Death Note, and their character. I thought it was rather enjoyable. ;]

I actually really enjoyed those.
It's pretty interesting to see the voice actors in their element and everything.
they all did great jobs on the english dub, imo.

I wasn't too sure on lights VA the first time I heard it on there...but then again, that was the first line of the whole show, it was bound to sound differently.

L's voice I liked.
Ryuk's took awhile to get used to aswell as it took me for suprise, I guess I never really thought about what Ryuk wound sound like...

funky find!

I was the exact opposite. I liked Ryuk's voice almost instantly; L's took me much longer to adapt to.

I liked Light's and L's voices. I didn't like the Jap version for Misa though because it was too annoying. The english one makes her sound a little bit more mature (lol, even though we all know she really isn't that smart).

I thought Aya Hirano made for an annoying, yet somewhat endearing Misa. Shannon Chan-Kent was just annoying; still appropriate for Misa, but not quite as likable.

OMG (more typical fan girl behavior)!!!! There is another Death Note novel! It's called: L Change the WorLd!! YaY!! I am so happy. I want to read it. It's written by 'M' and is rumored that the author worked with the film or whatever. I love the cover art and all. It's $20 though...I'm still getting it, lol. It better have L in it unlike the other one where he was barely seen.

He never had a lollipop though, only in the live-action movie's L. I guess they incorporated that in the anime L. It should have been cake!!

Judging by the title, it's probably going to be based on the movie of the same name.

On a side note, I went to a book store the other day to pick up some manga and didn't see How to Read: 13 nor Another Note.

Another one!

Damn...now I'm going to have to try and track that down...

If its actually been released in the UK yet...which I'm doubting?

Wait wasn't the L: Change the worLd film based on the live action film and not the novels?

Either way...I'll read it.

Nice find. It says "Written by M", so like the Another Note novel, it's going to be written by Mello's perspective. In Another Note, he DID say there are two other stories that L told him about. Maybe that's one of them. Question is... is this a new story or just the one from the movie "L:Change the worLd"?

Hmm...

Cookie to whoever finds more info about it.

I also wanna know what this is:
‚k FILE No.15

File No. 15?

I saw that novel back in Singapore in it's Chinese and Japanese versions when the L movie came out there. It looked more like a manga than a novel to me, to be honest.

Something I noticed while watching DeathNote now.

Light's dad's appearance at the beginning is differant in the anime then the manga

Anime- His face in fairly square shaped, and healthy looking

Manga- More plump, with a double chin

...

Just felt like noting that >.>;
