Well, in the anime I believe they added 2 years to the storyline. In the manga he dies in 2010.

How to Read is basically just a book of various trivia. It also gives a few details regarding the aftermath of the series, so some of that will be a bit different since the anime had a slightly different ending.

Also, Mayans only drink blood, duh.

Seems there has been discussion of the live action movie. See, here's the thing. I went to see a movie today, and during the 20, they ran an add sayind that the Live action movie will run nation wide on May 20th. I did a little snooping and found this for all you fans.

The general public would probably get pissed if it were in English. However, I doubt many people other than fans would bother seeing it, and I don't think fans would mind that too much.

I'm not all that excited about the English dubbing, but with good voice overs, then I guess it's ok.


...so is anyone actually going to go to a theater and watch it??

An otaku at my church walked up to me, handed me a drawing of Light, told me the live action movie would come out on May 20th, and "see ya there" and walked off.
