    Default Parks and Recreation

Oh come on, there's no Parks and Rec thread? What kind of forum is this?

Or maybe there's one way far back that I didn't see. Ah well.

So what do you guys thing of this wonderfully amazing TV show? Amy Poehler really is hilarious. A lot of people seem to think the show is somewhat dull, but I love how the characters interact in a small-town environment. Ron is my favorite, his libertarian ideas crack me up.

Ron Swanson is the man. I LOVED the finale last night. His circular desk cracked me up, especially when that one woman walked in to complain.

There was a thread, but it was from back when the show wasn't funny (and the forum search wasn't broken).

But yeah, this show has definitely picked up. My highlight of NBC Thursdays.

    Spoiler Spoiler: Tammy 1?

I watched the first season and it was ok. I should probably get to watching the rest. The office is a better mock workplace tv show imo though.

To be fair, the second and third seasons are MUCH better than the first.

the first Tammy has to be a real biatch, for the other Tammy to just run off like that. Yeah the first season wasn't that great, but like everyone said, it picked itself up the next two seasons.

Ok from now watching all 3 seasons, this has gone from a show I didn't care much for to easily one of my top three comedies on tv. Seriously love so many aspects of this show. The Jerry hate keeps me humble.

lol, i love how everyone just messes with Jerry. Honestly he tries to be a respectful guy, but you never really how...disappointing he is until that episode where he hurts his arm trying to get what i think was a burrito he dropped in a lake or something. It's been a while, but it's just hilarious

Seriously in the first ep of season 3 when Leslie throws Jerrys painting into the water, I just lost my shit hahah was so classic.

Still I think my favorite Character is Chris.

    Also...

I wish his relationship with April was more drawn out. But I loved the end result! nbc shows really know how to deliver on budding relationships e.g. andy & erin, jim & pam, leslie & ben, etc etc
