I'm worried that I'll have a hard time liking the movie, because I loved the book so much. xD
Once you get to the actual Hunger Games I think you'll have a hard time putting it down... stuff is so intense.
Also, I see this movie being rated PG-13... but the Games themselves are incredibly graphic. It worries me that I won't see the gruesome details that were described so eloquently in the novel.
Mm, I'm worried about that, too. I hope that won't be the case, but I can see them censoring it a lot.
I'm excited that the website is up... Hopefully there'll be a trailer by September?
Unfortunately, I don't think it's a matter of will it be censored or not, but a matter of how much they'll censor. ;n; I mean, how many times have people been eaten alive in the books?
My sister read these books, and I need to. I started once, but I quit for some reason. I'ma go find it.

So...I actually posted new content?
:D
Meh I thought it was decently paced. I mean, then again, I actually liked it when they were in the Capital and stuff, and the interview bits. Nothing could possible be slower than fluffin LOTR though, seriously, that was ridiculous. It was like READ HALF OF BOOK. YAY MORIA. OH THAT'S IT? GOTTA READ HALF OF NEXT BOOK FOR MORE ACTION!
I really didn't get into the book until the reaping. Before I reached it, I maybe read a few pages each day. But after, I started reading three or more chapters. I liked the first part of the book because it let me get to know the characters better.
and p.s. I'm only on chapter twelve so put stuff in spoilers please.
Disappointed that his hair isn't curly... but... damn that boy is so good looking. <3
You did! Thank you. :D
I meant, the part before the Reaping. Where she talks about going out to hunt for her dinner and stuff. As soon as the Reaping comes around I fell in love; I really loved the descriptions of the Capital/meeting the other Tributes and stuff. Lol, LOTR... good but loooooooong read.
