I don't think we'll see The Master for quite a while. The dude has been known to survive some incredible things, but escaping a time vortex would take quite a while I can imagine.

I thought it was interesting how The Doctor went with his title being the Housekeeper in the Christmas special. Kinda goes along with him needing to be under the hood for a while. Wonder how long he'll need to do things like that.

We saw the Doctor make his ganger. As for Amy she was kidnapped by the Silence sometime before the trip to America where a Ganger was made to replace her.

It's pretty much spelled out in the episodes themselves. Watch A Good Man Goes to War and that should help clear Amy up for you.

Well, Amy and Rory are supposed to come back and then leave in the next season in a "heartbreaking" way. Apparently, Karen doesn't want to come back for cameo appearances either so it might be a gone for good situation.

But after that, the Doctor is supposed to gain a new companion... which will feel so odd after how long we've had Amy and Rory.

Apparently series 7 is where they leave for good. They need a proper goodbye anyway, I hardly think the snippet Amy got in the Christmas special is a good enough goodbye.
