new anime

ey, thanks man. yeah, I was basically looking for any mixture of the two. it doesn't matter to me if it just came out or not cuz a lot of older stuff is gonna be new to me

I'm not very good at explaining things but i'll try, lol. Elfen lied is basically about a race of mutant species kind of like humans called Diclonius. They have cat ear like horns and vectors and a couple of other traits. The show is centered around the first Diclonius whose name is Lucy, who is a teenager. She becomes evil & such to humans because of how they rejected her. This is just a basic summary of it. It's a pretty good anime. You can find it on youtube if its still on there.

elfen lied is great it has to be one of my favorite anime

They are.. Excel Saga is more oldschool but pretty good comedy ( when it still was allowed to show the swastika in public...)

And Negima is really funny.. I highly suggest it =D the series begins with a "fish dance of love"...

Well Higurashi no naku koro ni.. deends on your taste.. pretty much the same as Elfen Lied

I would say what I like, but the majority of it is shojo. Vampire Knight is Shojo but I'm sure a boy would like it. I hear Elfen lied is good. I HEAR it's good. I've never really watched it though. :D

Yeah, I've heard great things about samurai champloo. and elfen lied's been posted on here a lot, so I guess those'll be the first two I check out.

Other acceptable anwsers are Samurai Champloo (it's sorta boring between the first few episodes and the 10th or so, but it's good.), Elfen Lied (I recommend reading the manga online instead, it's longer and imo better.), and Code Geass (the protagonist is sorta like Light from DeathNote, so if you like the god-complex type charecters...)
