Anyone here watch Duel Masters?
I do.

Though the Anime isn't that great and funny,I like playing the card game.

I have watched all the episodes of Season 2 but not I haven't watched many episodes of season 1 and 3.
Overall,the anime isn't all that good but still enjoyable.

I have the Duel Masters game for PS2 and one for GBA.

I have many cards and I usually use a Fire and Light combination.

So I'm asking if anyone here watches the Anime,plays the card game,etc.

yeah..i watch it, but i feel it's just a rip-off to say it,the card game i a little fun, just to pass the tme, the anime wasn't exciting, i have the game on the PS2 and i only use 1 type of card, dark cards, no combinations, just pure darkness

I've never really been a huge fan of the anime honestly but I was a fan however of the TCG, a friend of mine persuaded me into getting into them and it was pretty easy to get the hang of since it was kinda similar to the Magic The Gathering TCG which I've played for quite a few years.

Magic the Gathering is what im really into, my cuzin's friends thought me how to play it, but when i first saw it and i wanted to touch it, they said the they really had rare cards, well they're not really nerds though, they smoke(yes smoke), play basketball and more, but Duel Master's rating for me is 3/10

I watched the English version of season 1 and loved it, I watched some of season 2 but once the VA's changed I just gave up. I actually enjoyed how the show made fun of everything in the anime itself and how it was a rip off though, I didn't care much for anything else.

I've never played the card game or have seen anyone with cards actually. I'm not really into the whole TCG thing so I just stayed away from it.

The Darkness creatures are powerful,but risky.
They are as powerful as the others,the player just needs strategy,what's your strategy?

Some of the voice actors were good in Season 1,but few were good in Season 2 and some got changed in Season 3 also and that got me annoyed because some of the voices sounded bad,IMO.

I usually laughed at some of the gags and jokes,those were kinda funny.

my startegy, mostly i use the dark monster card that can be easily summoned and set up some traps, i forgot every names of the cards, at the beginning-some weak cards and then when at the middle-some cards that can be easily summoned but fairly strong, just like that, i only lost about 2 times and won...i dont know times

No not really it just has a lot of similarities such as the usage of mana, the summoning of creatures, and the casting of spells.

A fairly good strategy,but if the opponent summons more and more powerful cards then your creatures will diminish slowly,but you can use those death spells to kill his/her creatures.

Do you have Ballom Master of Death,Alcadeias and UberDragon Jabaha?

Those are some powerful creatures.

magic the Gathering is totally different, i'm always lucky when my opponent is attacking, i always get an area card so they're the one who always die
and about powerful creatures..nope, dont rely on them, Dark cards have the most sneakiest cards in the whole game
so it's all about using the right cards and weak ones too

It's all about strategy and every card is useful when the player knows how to use it.

I liked the PS2 game because it was fun and the graphics were great.

I use Rusty,the Fire boy but I have also played as Trey,the grass guy and the dark guy,forgot his name.

yeah, he looks kinda like me, or like Yamamonto from Hitman Reborn!,
i frequently use Trey, Rusty..well, he always gets into trouble though, one boss after another

It would have been cool if Rusty and the others were in the Anime or had their one Duel Masters Season.
