Days had its moments, and overall it was fairly enjoyable, but it's not up to par with the other games in the series in my opinion. I feel like the story could have been told in a better format, and I'm still disappointed that we didn't find out all that much about Organization members other than Roxas, Axel, and Xion (well, we got a little bit of Saix, Xigbar, and Xemnas, but not as much as I was expecting/hoping). The story had a lot of heart, though (no pun intended), and Roxas is my favorite character, so playing as him again was enjoyable.

Yeah, I'm rambling now, but you get the point. :P

The gameplay was all right, despite the fact that I have to replay a mission over and over for a side quest. The story's good (though I haven't played the whole game and I just watch YouTube for the cutscenes), as expected from the series.

Personally, I don't think it lived up to the hype. Fans were hungry for more of the Org and well, we just didn't get what we wanted. Days was supposed to be the Crisis Core of Kingdom Hearts, Nomura even directly compared them in an interview, and that's what I was expecting. I think that what a lot of people were expecting.

Was is a bad game? Well, I'd have to say yes. It began promisingly enough, but it really started dragging and I only finished it out of sheer stubbornness. When playing starts to feel like a chore, it's not a good game.

I didn't play Days until about a week ago, and I thought it was *great*, but not *excellent* or *amazing*.

    Things I liked:
-Emotional, deeply-involved story that explained a very crucial part of the timeline
-Xion (yes, I liked Xion and her role)
-Learning more about the Organization and its members. Also, quality time with Luxord.
-The battle system. I liked how it emulated the PS2 KH's with a sort of inventory management system that allowed you to mix and match proficiencies.
-MAGIC. Magic was BOSS in Days if you made it your focus. The first KH game where playing a Pure Mage is totally viable, looking beyond Reflect in KH2.
-Graphics and Music. Both were great, although hearing all of the same Disney world tunes got old fast. It's the DS, people, and one of the best looking 3D games on that platform.

    Things I didn't like:
-Music. As mentioned above, the tunes got old really fast.
-Backtracking. Easily the worst part of this game, imo. The missions were a good idea given the game's portable nature, but returning to worlds over and over and over really got to be a chore, especially when I didn't like the world (Wonderland). Hell, even Twilight Town got old.
-Difficulty. The game wasn't too hard or too easy, but there were random difficulty spikes where one enemy would be able to stun-lock and kill you. Not cool. Happened ~8 or 10 times throughout the game.
    -Very slow beginning.

Overall, I really enjoyed the game and would probably give it an 8/10. It wasn't the best series entry by any means, but it told a very crucial story and definitely got me back into my series obsession.

no. days is amazing and displays the most character development of any game. Its a heartfelt story of the boy who didnt know who he was and the girl who was forgotten. Even if it didnt do much for the story, and it was kinda repetitive, its an amazing game and one of my favorites.

battle system is pretty good too. Roxas is more agile than Re:Coded Sora. Also, you can replay any mission as the org members, SDG, Mickey and Riku.

days got me back into KH, i love it.

Other than Wonderland's F**king anoying heartless (and it's theme. what kind of song is called "To Our Surprise?"), Days is my Favourite Game on my DS, and I still replay it every once in a while. Yeah, Roxas fan here, but I can now see other than Axel.....there was someone else.

I knew there would be something like this. At the end of KH2 I felt as if there needed to be a Girl with a Keyblade who CAN fight (sorry Kairi, but seriously?) and we got Xion and Aqua. I loved the storyline and this game has the proof Roxas Had a heart. Days means alot to me, and It's one of the few games that made me cry at the end.(With the other being Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky)

I have many Favourites in Gaming, but Days has a very special spot in my heart.

If I had one in the first place.

I loved Days, I thought the battle system and graphics were incredible to be able to be on the DS, I thought the battle system was on par with Console titles, and I thought the story (albeit shorter than other titles) was great...

The only thing I disliked about days, and I've said this before, was the plethora of missions... which honestly wasn't that bad

I loved days. The Music, The characters, The plot, it was all amazing, especially for the DS. The missions are fun, while plentiful, the only thing I didn't really like was being confined to a central hub and not having the feeling like I'm actually going to explore an area, or not being able to run around the Castle That Never Was.

That pretty much describes the whole series, no point in playing Days when you can the same thing in any other entry.

After Days came out it was my favorite DS game. Sure it had it's lower points, the repetative missions being one for me. I liked the story and I got to play as my favorite character, Roxas, as well as the rest of the Organization.

I also remember Lexaeus hitting Roxas in the face. i'd think poor Roxas got a black eye.

I also love the music. Not to mention getting to playas my favorite Organization character. So if you like nobodies, then go for this game.

Days was the most emotional Kingdom Hearts game for me, and it had the best dialogue by far. Gameplay could get repititive, but it was still KH. So I definitely liked it.

Seriously, I think people overlook how great some of the lines were. Particularly Xigbar's

You can say that again. I like how it's overlooked yet tons of people are like why did this kid leave the organization? It's like it's way to difficult to sum up what happened to him to explain it all in one session XD
