Secret Reports

Ok i have succesfully gained almost all the secret reports in the game now and there is one that sticks out to me that poses a question. I guess i will put it in spoiler tags so if somebody doesnt want to read it yet.

Day 51: Measures Must Be Taken
The replica program continues apace, but something has gone wrong at Castle Oblivion. The Dusks returned with word that none of those we dispatched survived--but the news came in fragments, I still know too little to extract the truth.
I doubt Axel would be among the lost, but I must plan for the worst. First, I must locate the Keyblade Master.

My first question is, did Xemnas write this???
My second question is, when it says "The Dusks returned with word," since when have dusks been able to comunicate, I thought they were like the bottom feeder heartless?

I assumed the Dusks could communicate. Days just verified it.

Well, the first time you see one, it says "We've come for you, my liege." to Roxas. Not sure if it was talking, or telepathy, but it definitely said something to him.

Isn't the entire thing where each member of Org XIII controls one type of nobody?

I know Saix is berzerkers, could it be that Roxas's Nobodies are the dusks?

I mean I could be mistaken, these are just vague memories.

Roxas' Nobodies are Samurais. But yes, Nobodies can communicate in some way.

I wouldn't assume Saix wrote it just yet. Though it doesn't sound exactly like Xemnas, it could be.
About the Dusks, think of them as spies and lackeys. Also, speaking isn't the only way of communicating.

The other members had nobodies to match them too but since they arent in KH2 im not sure which ones they would be, like i think Assasins are either marluxia's or larxene's. Also, dpes anyone know which is Axel's?

vexen, lexaeus, zexion, marluxia and larxene didn't get nobody cohorts. in kh2, a dusk is featured saying something to roxas in full understanding but, in days, saix wrote that "they only gave bits of information" perhaps something happened or not every nobody has the ability to fully speak.
