What if Roxas killed Xion because he was ordered to. And now Roxas can dual wield because after he is using Xion's keyblade.

I think Roxas being ordered to kill Xion would've made him leave the Org sooner than he did. Unless, of course, that's part of why he left - the order.

That would still demand explanation for the Keyblade Riku gave Kairi (Seeing how that's the one most people like to say came from Xion).
I'd like to think Duel Wielding is something fancier than "I omnomed it from someone else D:<"
Then again, that's kind of how Sora took the Keyblade from Riku... but I'm still leaning against it :X he had the Ven-Terra factor working there.

but he isnt using xions keyblade. and whether or not xions keyblade is real or not is another thing.
