The point is whether or not Xion wants to take Roxas&#180; place as Sora&#180;s nobody. there are many possibilities for Xion to have memories of Sora. This would make her Sora&#180;s nobody. Let me explain:

Riku Replica thought that he is Riku. Not just because of his appearance, but he had memories of the real Riku.

Xion could have Sora&#180;s memories, but not having heart would make her Sora&#180;s nobody. In theory, not technically. So she knows that she doesnt have a heart, so she doesnt act like Riku Replica that she would want to kill Sora and become Sora. She knows she is a nobody so she tries to take Roxas&#180; place, because her memories make her think she is Sora without heart, meaning she is Roxas in theory. Roxas has no Sora&#180;s memories.

So I think that Xion wants to defeat the real nobody of Sora, so she can become the real one.

Think about it,why was Riku fighting Xion?
And didn't there conversation go somthing like this?

14th: "Why are you dressed like a member of the Organization?"
Riku: "So no one interferes with Sora's sleep."

Her keyblade is sticking out of the ground.
Riku picks it up and hurls it toward her.

Riku: "What you have... That keyblade must be a fake."
14th: "Don't tell me that! You're deceiving too!"
Riku: "Indeed, maybe I'm the one who doesn't exist."

How did she have the kingdom key?
And why did riku act all suprised when he saw her face?

Do you think that Xion wants to be Roxas? I think her hair is pretty short in some pics and she isnt seen with the keyblade while she leps Roxas.

Maybe she will cut her hair shorter to look like a boy and then she steals the keyblade from Roxas and acts as Roxas?
